However, orders received on Jewish holidays will not be filled until after the holiday, but will be filled afterwards, promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason please do tell us- we rely on your feedback and we will do our best to keep you a happy customer.

Oops! Out of Stock:

If for any reason we lack an item that you order, than you will be notified by email or by telephone and we will await your further instruction.

Credit Card orders are charged after the order is compiled, this is in order to insure that you are not charged for any products that are not available.

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Yarn and other products must be in their original packaging. Labels must be intact.

2. Yarn and other products may not be used in any way.  We know when yarn has been used or pulled from the skein, and will not credit your return.

3. You must call, email or fax us within 7 business days after you receive delivery to tell us that you want to return the product.

4. You must return the products to us within one month of receiving your order.

5. Special sale items may not be returned.

Upon receiving your returned items you will be granted store credit.
